  • Renting equipment from our website is a hassle-free process. Begin by browsing our selection of necessary gear. Once you've chosen the equipment that suits your requirements, specify the rental duration, whether you need it for a few days or several weeks. Add the item to your cart and proceed to the checkout. Provide the necessary information, and we will arrange for the equipment to be delivered to your specified location prior to your check in and we pick everything up after your departure. We handle cleaning and maintenance, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of our equipment without the burden of trying to pack and bring your own.

  • If the rented equipment sustains any damage during your use, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment damage. Your prompt reporting of any issues is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain the quality of our rental gear.

  • We clean and sanitize and wash any linens after each rental. However, we ask that you clean up any spills as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary staining, especially with strollers and high chairs.

  • We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before expected delivery. If you need to cancel, we ask that you send us an email at [email protected]. There is a $15 cancellation fee. 

  • We happily deliver and pick up all of our rental equipment, allowing you to focus on your vacation fun. Due to liability and safety issues, we cannot allow anyone to transport our equipment themselves.
